Cancellation policy
As a courtesy to our customers and staff at The Aesthetic Method, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel, reschedule or no-show to your scheduled appointment within 48 hours, you will be charged a $200 cancellation fee. This is non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If you are not going to be able to make your appointment, please call us as soon as possible.
Deposit policy
We charge a $100 deposit* when booking a NEW patient appointment (NOT a consultation). This charge automatically will go towards your scheduled appointment or retail products sold in our office. If you cancel, reschedule or no-show to your appointment within 48 hours, you will be charged our $200 cancellation fee AND your $100 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the 48 hours, your $100 deposit is good in your patient wallet for 60 days. If you are not going to be able to make your appointment, please call us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling policy
We allow each appointment to be rescheduled a maximum of two times. If that appointment is rescheduled a third time, it will be canceled. If you need any help rescheduling or canceling please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
