Revitalize Your Life: NAD+ Therapy for Energy, Clarity & Longevity
What Is NAD+?
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a powerful coenzyme that plays a crucial role in energy production, cognitive function, and overall well-being. This treatment can help increase energy and alertness, improve mental clarity and focus, reduce fatigue, and support weight management. It also promotes healthy aging by reducing wrinkles, improving skin laxity, and combating oxidative stress, which contributes to cellular damage and disease. Additionally, NAD+ therapy can help flush out toxins, support metabolic processes, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and even assist in minimizing cravings and addictive behaviors.

Who is a Good Candidate for NAD+ Therapy?
NAD+ therapy may be beneficial for individuals experiencing low energy or fatigue, those interested in anti-aging benefits, people recovering from addiction or substance abuse, and individuals seeking improved mental clarity and focus. It can also support those dealing with weight management challenges, high stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as athletes and highly active individuals. Additionally, NAD+ therapy may promote better, more restful sleep.
Who is NOT a Good Candidate?
NAD+ therapy is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, those with kidney or liver disease, autoimmune disorders (without physician approval), active cancer patients, or individuals with a history of heart disease (without physician approval). It is also not suitable for those allergic to Nicotinamide (vitamin B3), individuals with uncontrolled diabetes, or those taking blood thinners, immunosuppressants, or chemotherapy drugs. NAD+ therapy is restricted to individuals over the age of 18.
How Should I Prepare for Treatment?
Hydration:
Ensure you are well-hydrated before your appointment. Drink plenty of water in the hours leading up to your injection. Proper hydration can help with absorption and minimize discomfort.
Meals:
Please make sure you eat prior to your appointment to avoid feeling lightheaded during the injection
Medications and Supplements:
Inform the practitioner about any medications or supplements you're currently taking, including blood thinners, pain relievers, or any other treatments that could interfere with the injection.
Alcohol:
Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before the injection. Alcohol can dehydrate the body and may affect the effectiveness of the NAD+ treatment.
After the Treatment
Rest and Relaxation
Take it easy for the rest of the day. Avoid any strenuous physical activity or exercise for at least 24 hours after the injection, as this gives your body time to absorb the NAD and reduces the chance of irritation at the injection site.
Injection Site Care
Monitor the injection site for signs of redness, swelling, bruising, or tenderness. It’s normal to feel mild discomfort or soreness after an IM injection, but this should gradually improve.
If there is excessive pain, redness, or signs of infection (e.g., pus, warmth), contact your healthcare provider immediately.
Hydration
Stay well-hydrated after the injection to help flush out any residual product from your system and support your overall recovery. Aim to drink water throughout the day.
Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours after the injection, as it can dehydrate you and may interfere with the effects of the NAD treatment.
